Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations issues.
Support and manage workplace conflict resolution and coaching for managers.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, including Fair Work and Workplace Health and Safety.
Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy and cultural initiatives.
Manage employee casework, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
Contribute to policy development and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in workplace relations, employee performance management, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Ability to manage complex cases and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
