Your new company
Hays is currently partnering with a leading global provider of screening and auxiliary solutions. Their products support various industries, including water wells, environmental, energy, chemicals, food and beverage, and mining.
Your new role:
As a key member of the team, the responsibilities and duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of WHS policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with WHS regulations.

Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.

Coordinate and deliver WHS training programs for employees.

Support the WHS Manager in risk assessments and hazard identification.

Prepare and submit WHS reports to management and regulatory bodies.

Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organisation.

Work alongside the WHS advisor
What you will need to succeed:

Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent.

Previous experience in a WHS administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WHS management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
