We are partnered with a Government Organisation in Berrinba to recruit a Training and Development Support Officer.Your new role
In this temporary assignment, your responsibilities will include:- Ensure accuracy in all administrative documents using appropriate software and adhering to departmental standards, including style guides and templates.
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and navigate undefined procedures.
- Coordinate communication between operational needs and the training and development team to streamline staff onboarding.
- Oversee staff onboarding, follow-up training, and post-training coaching and development.
- Maintain information management systems to monitor and record training and assessment data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by preparing reports, feedback, and recommendations on training effectiveness and participation.
- Support onboarding and training processes by setting up rooms, printing materials, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
- Assist the training and development team in updating, reviewing, and creating resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support training initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Previous experience assisting with reviewing and creating resources.
- Strong ability to maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
