Your new role As the Training Analyst & Designer, you will play a central role in uplifting organisational capability by:

  • Leading comprehensive training needs analyses across core capability areas.
  • Designing engaging, scalable learning programs-online, in-person and on‑the‑job.
  • Developing two-tier leadership programs for both emerging leaders and senior managers, supported by coaching and mentoring initiatives.
  • Creating practical learning pathways to build competency in fields such as policy development, project management, data-related disciplines, classification frameworks and more.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, shape solutions, and support the implementation of strategic workforce objectives.
  • You will contribute to building a learning culture that fosters innovation, leadership, and continuous professional growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
  • Deep expertise in L&D theory, contemporary learning design, and capability frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in training needs analysis and end‑to‑end design of learning programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate capability gaps into practical learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Professional integrity, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
