This position is full-time and based within the CBD.
Your new role
Reporting into the head of talent and supporting the wider team of experts, as the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for providing support and solutions to create seamless and engaging recruitment processes whilst identifying and selecting suitable applicants to meet their business needs. What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will have proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and policies. You will also possess the ability to develop and sustain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
