Are you seeking a busy, fast-paced role within Talent Acquisition? This organisation is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team immediately on a temporary basis! This organisations mission is to provide high-quality services to its residents whilst ensuring the well-being of the community is maintained at all times. This position is full-time and based within the CBD.

Your new role

Reporting into the head of talent and supporting the wider team of experts, as the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for providing support and solutions to create seamless and engaging recruitment processes whilst identifying and selecting suitable applicants to meet their business needs. Your duties will also include but not limited to;

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and co-ordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and state government policies.
• Ensure compliance is maintained and inline with recruitment policies and procedures, including equal employment opportunity and diversity initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this role you will have proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and policies. You will also possess the ability to develop and sustain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
