The business is dedicated to developing solutions that drive environmental improvements across Australia and internationally. They are seeking a Recruitment Specialist based in Brisbane or Sydney to lead the Talent Acquisition function, aimed at future growth.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the recruitment, talent identification, onboarding and strategy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be motivated and ambitious, with a strong results-driven approach and a technical aptitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to assess recruitment needs accurately and solely drive the recruitment process.
Ideally, the successful candidate will come from an environmental / engineering / construction, mining / infrastructure space but cultural fit will be the main criteria.
