Your New Role

As a Talent Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will support employee development initiatives and contribute to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will also include but not limited to

  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles and departments.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to find and engage potential candidates.
  • Track and analyse recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in talent acquisition and management, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and creating a welcoming interview process.
