An immediately available talent acquisition partner with success factors required for a 3-month temp contract
Our client is within the mining sector with operations both in WA and Interstate.
They are now seeking the expertise of an experienced talent acquisition partner who possesses the ability to act reactively to business critical roles and proactively create pipelines for the future of harder-to-fill positions.
The portfolio will be across blue-collar, white-collar technical and corporate positions, and will require exemplary communication skills to engage with the Hiring Managers, manage expectations and positively brand the organisation for now and the future.
To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have worked previously within the mining sector across a diverse portfolio and that you possess a working knowledge of success factors. You must be based in Western Australia, have full working rights and have the ability to commence immediately.
