Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! This Not-for Profit organisation, located on the outskirts of the CBD, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

Your role as the Talent Acquisition Partner will be a crucial asset in helping this organisation build a strong workforce that supports their mission and values. You will be responsible for identifying top talent and matching it with the organisation's needs, ensuring that each new hire aligns with their values, and strategic goals. Your duties will also include but not limited to;

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring.
• Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, and LinkedIn to find the best candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this opportunity, you will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to align candidates with the organisational needs.
