Our client is a leading Australian FinTech undergoing an exciting period of scaling and growth. Capitalising on their sustained commercial success, strong market reputation, and expanding product ecosystem, they are strengthening their internal recruitment function and seeking an agile, high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the high-performing teams that will support their next chapter.
The Role
This is a true talent partnering role that goes far beyond simply filling requisitions. You will embed yourself directly within key business units to understand team dynamics, define what success looks like, and proactively build high-quality pipelines of talent that thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Alongside day-to-day execution, you will have the opportunity to leverage emerging technology and AI tools to streamline recruitment workflows and elevate the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Drive end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business-critical functions, with an emphasis on software engineering and technical talent, ensuring a frictionless process from initial brief to successful onboarding.
- Proactive Talent Mapping: Tap into passive talent networks using advanced search tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to construct, engage, and maintain high-quality pipelines before requisitions open.
- Consultative Partnership: Partner closely with business leaders, leveraging industry data to guide talent strategies, optimize hiring workflows, and constructively address recruitment friction points.
- Digital & AI Integration: Utilise modern ATS platforms, automation, and AI tools to streamline operational tasks, allowing you to prioritize high-impact candidate and stakeholder connections.
About You
You are a naturally curious recruiter who thrives in a scaling, fast-growing organisation. You build credibility quickly, communicate with complete transparency, and bring proven expertise in technical and engineering sourcing. Experience recruiting within FinTech, financial services, or tech-led environments is highly regarded.
