Talent Acqusition Officer - Full-Time Permanent

Own the recruitment function and make it your own!We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with blue collar or operational recruitment experience to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering closely with the Operations Manager and wider business!
This is a standalone Talent Acquisition role suited to someone who enjoys having ownership, working at pace and seeing the direct impact of their recruitment.
Your role- Managing blue collar end-to-end reruitment
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Managing pre-employment checks and compliance
- Coordinating onboarding and inductions
- Building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
- Supporting retention and engagement
- Improving recruitment processes and systems
- 1-3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
- Confidence managing competing priorities
Experience in transport, logistics or blue collar high-volume recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
