About the role
You will partner with the business to understand diverse client needs and work to deliver amazing talent that will allow this business to thrive. 

You will have the ability to:
  • Manage a high number of roles at any one given time;
  • Develop strong relationships with internal clients and hiring managers; 
  • Run a high-touch recruiting process that focuses on efficiency and the candidate experience;
  • Source up to executive level and niche candidates;
  • Manage offer processes, including negotiation and extension of offers
About you
You will have finance recruitment experience across multiple skill levels and disciplines. Achieved results from sourcing top talent in a competitive market and successfully managed an end to end recruitment process. You are a self starter, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Ideally, come from an in-house or onsite solution, but we will consider agency experience.
