Immediate start for a three-month contract based in Perth CBD for a white collar technical recruiter.
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced white collar technical recruiter who can join the team for a three-month period to commence immediately.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of engineering and project roles.
Duties and responsibilities will include:- Liaison with hiring managers regarding requisitions
- Sourcing and selection via advertising, proactive searching, pre-screening, interviewing etc
- Applicant management and feedback generation
- Management of compliance for onboarding
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced technical recruiter who enjoys proactive sourcing via LinkedIn premium. A mining or engineering industry sector knowledge is essential, coupled with the ability to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process.
Based in Perth CBD, you will be part of a small team who excel in their internal and external service delivery.
