End-to-end blue collar recruiter required for an immediate start
An immediately available blue collar recruiter is required for a three-month plus temporary contract based close to Perth CBD.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for your own portfolio with duties including:- Liaising with hiring managers, compiling requirements and workforce planning
- Sourcing of suitable applicants through advertising, referrals, database searching etc.
- Prescreening and interviewing
- Shortlisting
- Coaching and developing line management regarding the recruitment process
- Engagement and management of applicant pools
- Supporting compliance and onboarding
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced blue collar recruiter who is immediately available and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment. There will be a requirement on an ad hoc basis to travel to sites located south of the River and, therefore, a full driver's license will be essential.
