Your new role
You'll support recruitment processes by coordinating documentation, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also assist with reporting, compliance, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition and broader People and Culture teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring:
- Strong admin skills and attention to detail
- Experience using ATS or HRIS systems
- Confidence managing competing priorities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- A flexible, team-focused approach
- A current C class driver's licence
- HR or Psychology qualifications (desirable)
