SIP Implementation Specialist - Contract

My client are seeking a contractor for approximately 6 weeks to support the implementation of the new SIP..

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Communicating the new SIP program to managers and ensure their understanding
  • Work closely with the Finance team and VP, Sales Area, to define individual targets
  • Partner with Finance to map and configure targets within the system
  • Governance & Documentation: ensure audit-ready documentation for Finance, HR, and compliance purposes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with bonus or incentive plans
  • Ability to develop and manage an implementation project plan to implement SIP
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with managers
  • Systems experience: SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense
  • Strong data and analytics capability
  • Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
