My client are seeking a contractor for approximately 6 weeks to support the implementation of the new SIP..
Key Responsibilities include:
- Communicating the new SIP program to managers and ensure their understanding
- Work closely with the Finance team and VP, Sales Area, to define individual targets
- Partner with Finance to map and configure targets within the system
- Governance & Documentation: ensure audit-ready documentation for Finance, HR, and compliance purposes
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with bonus or incentive plans
- Ability to develop and manage an implementation project plan to implement SIP
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with managers
- Systems experience: SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense
- Strong data and analytics capability
- Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
