Your new company
Work for a large, well-known education provider as a Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner to support the Manager Workplace Relations and Wellbeing in the delivery of Employee and Workplace Relations services and advice to internal clients and cross-functionally across the People Culture & Safety team.

Your new role
This opportunity is a full-time, 4-week contract with the potential for extension or to move into a permanent position. Our client is also offering flexible hours and a hybrid work model, with the office based in Dandenong.

Duties required
  • Advice and services related to employee and workplace relations matters, including day-to-day case management, compliance, workplace investigations, grievances, disputes and separations
  • Expert advice to managers on all aspects of Enterprise Agreements
  • Liaising with unions to build constructive relationships and resolve queries and concerns from the Unions
  • Other additional duties as required by management
What you'll need to succeed
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations or Law
  • Employee Relations/Human Resources/Workplace Relations experience in case management and advice
  • Excellent written skills for employee case management and correspondence to unions
  • Ability to start immediately
