The organisation's head office is located in Western Sydney, where this interim People Partner role will be based.

Your new role

The Senior People Partner (12-month fixed-term contract) will lead the People & Culture partnership to provide strategic people advice and support. Working closely with a team of 4 HR Business Partners and the employee relations and organisation development teams, other key accountabilities include facilitating organisational and cultural changes and delivering commercially-focused business solutions. This is an important role for contributing to the organisation's strategic objective of upholding a positive workplace environment, where employees can work to the best of their abilities each and every day.

What you'll need to succeed

• The role requires a seasoned People Partner with generalist experience.
• A background in both white and blue-collar industries, including energy and utilities.
• Proven experience supporting employees at manager and leadership levels.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• A passion for people!

• Remuneration: c.$190,000-200,000 (total package).
