Brand new Internal Recruiter opportunity in Sydney. Highly successful healthcare brand. 12 Month Contract.

Your new company
Highly successful and well known Australian Healthcare organisation with offices and operations across the country and further afield. With ambitious growth plans for the next few years, this is a newly created role, joining a growing internal recruitment and HR team, supporting the business in finding the best new talent. This is a 12 month contract role with the potential for permanency.

Your new role
This is a newly created role where you will responsible for all clinical and medical recruitment for the organisation supporting stakeholders and line managers across the country and at head office in Sydney.

  • You will be responsible for strategic sourcing and talent pooling through linkedin, advertising, networking, referrals.
  • You will work on both contingent roles at junior and exec level as well as some seasonal projects and higher volume campaigns.
  • In addition you will need to build and establish relationships internally and ensure all HR compliance, reference and qualification checking is completed
  • You will be strategic and have a strong background in setting up and establishing recruitment processes.
  • You will have the opportunity to create new talent attraction strategies and network to ensure effective talent pooling and the best tools are being utilised.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an immediately available ( or soon to be) experienced Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Business Partner who has worked in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical sector previously. You may come from an agency environment looking for your first step into internal recruitment but will need to have set up and developed recruitment processes and strategies. You must have appreciation of compliance, processes and have high attention to detail. Addition skills sourcing talent from overseas and understanding visas and global mobility issues will be beneficial.

Salary is $90,000 - $100,000 base + super.
