A chance to join a well established financial services organisation based on the fringe of the CBD.

This broad HR Generalist role gives the opportunity to work with the business in a collaborative manner to improve processes and drive effective outcomes. The company is going through a period of growth and are looking for someone to join the HR team who can get involved in:
  • Policy Development
  • ER Case Management
  • HR Calendar events - e.g. performance and salary reviews
  • HR Compliance activities
  • Recruitment
  • Learning and Development
  • WHS Policy
The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with 7 years + experience. They will be able to adapt to varying types of workload and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Being able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy is key. A background in financial services would be preferred but other industries will be considered.   

This is a role that will require an mid June start.  The position is initially offered on a contract basis, with a view to a long term opportunity.
