The Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Director, this role is key in partnering closely with your dedicated client group; providing proactive and reactive strategic and operational HR support throughout the business.

Day to day, you will consult with the business leaders and facility managers across the region to advise on all aspects of HR including ER and IR issues, reward and recognition, talent and retention, capability and HR projects.

This is a high profile position within the business and requires somebody with strong influencing skills who can be a trusted advisor and analyse, interpret and resolve problems with good judgement.

You

  • An established HR professional with minimum 5 years' experience in a broad HR business partnering role; ideally with the experience of working in a corporate head office for a large business in a hybrid blue and white collar workforce is essential.
  • Previous experience supporting the ER/IR strategy including being able to constructively use industrial relations / workplace legislation to achieve productive outcomes
  • Pragmatic, influential and resilient with a hands-on and consultative style
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business
