A large and purpose-driven organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Culture & Organisation Development Lead to join its People and Culture function. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational culture, drive strategic change and build leadership capability across a complex and values-led environment.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering organisation-wide initiatives focused on culture, change, leadership, employee experience and workforce capability.

Your new role

  • Leading the design and implementation of culture, organisational development and change initiatives that support strategic business objectives
  • Developing and delivering leadership and capability programs aligned to current and future workforce needs
  • Translating organisational strategy into practical capability-building initiatives that improve leadership effectiveness, team performance and psychological safety
  • Providing expert advice on organisational design, behavioural capability frameworks and organisational effectiveness.
  • Leading change management initiatives that build workforce readiness, engagement and resilience
  • Driving diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives through the integration of best-practice people strategies
  • Partnering with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and employee experience through feedback, insights and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leading and developing a small team while fostering a high-performance culture

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development, organisational capability and change programs
  • Proven experience leading large-scale organisational change initiatives and supporting leaders through periods of transformation
  • Strong understanding of organisational culture, employee engagement and workforce dynamics
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience developing capability frameworks, organisational design initiatives and performance improvement strategies
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities
  • Qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded
