Your new company
An excellent opportunity has opened to work for a large Government department in the Melbourne CBD in this newly created role. Joining a rapidly growing division, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team, focused on organisation restructures and change.


Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for providing expert advice on change and OD to senior stakeholders. Working closely with your team, you will develop and facilitate large change projects within the department. Responsible for coaching the executive team around change as well as working on change impact analysis and stakeholder mapping. This will be a strategic role in which you will be focused on workforce management of change, whilst also remaining hands on.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have been involved in a previous large-scale change programme, with experience in the Victorian Government being looked upon favourably. Having worked in large complex organisations, you will have experience working on organisation restructures. You will be agile, in the true sense and cope well with ambiguity and fast paced environments. A qualification in HR or OD would be favourable as would a PROSCI accreditation. Experience managing high level stakeholders is necessary for success in this role.
