This organisation operates within a complex, safety-critical environment and is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join its operational safety team on a 4-month contract. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on supporting frontline operations, incident management and continuous safety improvement.
Your new role
As Safety Advisor, you will provide practical, risk-based safety advice across operational teams. You will lead and support incident investigations, monitor safety performance, assist with risk assessments and audits, and partner with leaders to drive positive safety outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed

ICAM Lead Investigator qualification.

Experience leading workplace incident investigations.

Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.

Experience working in operational or high-risk environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Ability to provide practical, grounded safety advice and work autonomously.
