The Role:
The organisation is seeking a qualified and experienced Return to Work/Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Officer to join their team on a short-term contract. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work options, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments.
Responsibilities include:

Managing Return to Work programs in line with relevant policies and legislation.

Supporting employees through their transition back to work and ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Conducting WHS audits, risk assessments, and implementing workplace safety initiatives.

Providing expert advice and guidance on WHS matters.
What you need:

Possess relevant qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety and/or Return to Work Coordination.

Have proven experience in managing WHS and Return to Work processes.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and fostering a positive workplace culture.
