Your new role
Working as part of a large training team you will facilitate and deliver sales, product and soft skills training across NSW and Queensland. You will up skill and lift capability ensuring that employees have the knowledge and skills to sell financial products effectively. You will deliver blended learning solutions and liaise with internal stakeholders in order to evaluate training strategies to improve training programs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in delivering and facilitating training within the Financial Services industry together with the ability top be highly engaging and build strong relationships at all levels of a business.You will be results driven, resilient and highly innovative.
