You will be working for a large government agency based in western Sydney. In this 9-month contract you will be paid an hourly rate of $600-$700 p/d + super.
Your new role
The Redeployment Advisor provides guidance, assistance, and support to enable employees impacted by organisational change to transition successfully within the organisation or to pursue new opportunities outside the department.

Consult with managers and undertake established procedures to assess the skills and capabilities of impacted employees, to assist in the identification of suitable clerk-graded roles that align with their knowledge, experience and career aspirations.

Act as a liaison between employees and management, to facilitate clear communication and feedback on information about placement opportunities and organisational changes

Provide high-quality specialist support to employees, offering timely, clear, empathetic communication throughout the transition process.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in redeployment, HR, career coaching, or a related field

Strong communication and negotiation skills

A high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience

The ability to balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
