Your new company
A driven, high achieving office in the Aged Care industry. Based in the Melbourne CBD, they require a recruitment specialist with experience in Allied Health or mobile workforce to assist with a high volume recruitment campaign.

Your new role
Reporting into the General Manager of People and Culture, the role will be hands on and have a range of responsibilities:

  • Attract and source candidates through a variety of channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media sourcing and campaigns, referrals and targeted partnerships.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Work closely with the operational allied health professionals to ensure the right candidates are engaged with.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience within the allied healthcare industry or experience recruiting a mobile workforce.
  • Previous working experience in the recruitment/talent acquisition space (at least 1 year)
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
