This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of a busy talent acquisition function. With an immediate start available, you'll play a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment activity across the business.
Your new role
You'll provide end-to-end recruitment coordination support, helping to keep recruitment processes running smoothly across multiple vacancies. From interview scheduling and candidate management through to job advertising, compliance checks and stakeholder communication, you'll be a critical support to the talent acquisition team during a busy period of growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Support or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Confidence working with stakeholders and candidates at all levels
- A resilient, proactive approach and the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative capability
