Global security and facilities management organisation seeking a recruitment administrator/ coordinator.

This is a leading global facilities management and security company based in Villawood. They are a well known brand in security, both digital and physical and their high performing recruitment team are seeking a new junior member,

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a Recruitment Admin with your main focus:

  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Assist with general HR enquiries
  • General recruitment Admin
  • Helping with filing of employee files
  • Recruitment support:
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • High level compliance and reference tasks
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Following up with paperwork on recruitment
  • Sending letters of offer to candidates
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and answer customer enquiries.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a recruitment admin/ coordinator/ consultant. You will have a strong work ethic and be a confident communicator. This role requires excellent communication skills, local or strong international experience and working rights. This role is an immediate start for a 4-month contract with the potential to be on-going. This role is open to candidates on working holiday visas.
