Leading NSW Government department are seeking a highly capable Recruitment Coordinator/Consultant

Your new company
Leading NSW Government department based in West Sydney are seeking a highly capable and experienced Recruitment Coordinator/Consultant to join their team on an ongoing contract. This team works collaboratively in a very accessible office nearby public transport.

Your new role
This is an end to end recruitment support role in a high volume environment with the following responsibilities:

  • Creating and posting attractive job adverts
  • Screening CVs and candidates on the phone
  • Arranging interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates
  • Negotiating offers, completing references and onboarding.

You will have experience recruitment software and be used to working in a fast paced, high volume team environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly competent administrator, and be well versed in processing in a complex regulatory environment. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders. Experience in the public sector is preferable but not essential.
