An exciting opportunity for a recruitment coordinator to join a busy team, based in the CBD.

This government company, based in the CBD, has amazing facilities and is located close to public transport. The role is is a 3-6month ongoing contract.

Your new role
This is an end to end recruitment role, which will require you to aid the hiring of 300 new staff into the organisation. You will be supporting the recruitment team on:

  • Posting job adverts
  • Screening CVs
  • Arranging/coordinating interviews
  • Letters of offer
  • Onboarding

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous recruitment experience, together the desire and motivation to develop your career within the recruitment field. You will be highly organised with excellent communications skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be proactive, results driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
