Global Brand seeking Internal Recruiter looking to develop further in HR. Superb CBD based career opportunity.

Your new company
Working for a Global Technology and Business Consultancy firm with offices and clients across the globe, based in Sydney supporting the APAC region of 250 employees.

Your new role
Working in a small close knit HR team, reporting to the Head of HR, you will have full autonomy over the talent acquisition function for the business in ANZ as well as other APAC countries.

You will be responsible for:

  • The management of all levels of roles ranging from Sales through to Marketing, IT and corporate services.
  • Sourcing for the best talent through advertising, linkedin sourcing, referrals, social media, professional networking,
  • Building a strong talent pipeline through strategic talent pooling for current and future roles
  • Coaching and developing relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to build understanding of their needs and culture fit. You will support them through the recruitment and interview process
  • Managing offers and reference checking, visas and any other global related recruitment issues
  • HR administration including contract and offer letter production
  • Onboarding and exposure to other areas of HR as the role progresses

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 - 3 years recruitment experience in an internal or talent acquisition role previously. You will have current or recent experience of the local market and enjoy working in a global HR environment. As this is a hybrid role and not part of a large Talent Acquisition team, you will ideally prefer to work in smaller collaborative teams and businesses and enjoy variety and interaction with HR and all levels of a business. Experience of recruiting into an APAC country would be desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return
Salary is $70,000 - $80,000 base + super. Offices are based in Sydney CBD close to public transport. You will get experience working in a global HR team and have the opportunity to develop more HR skills as well as remain a true talent acquisition specialist.
