- Recruitment Advisor - Internal - Part Time Contract

- 4-5 days / week - 4 month + contract

This leading organisation in the manufacturing sector is experiencing exciting growth. They are regarded as industry leaders and are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to support the sourcing and recruitment of both blue and white collar roles as they undergo transformation.
This contract role will see you conduct market research and adopt strategic sourcing activities to identify, attract and qualify passive candidates in a targeted manner. You will develop proactive talent pools and manage social media campaigns across Queensland and NSW to enhance divisional capability.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and will have all the resources required to be successful whilst operating in an autonomous environment. Your time will be spent focusing on the strategic sourcing elements of the role but will also see you support operational HR tasks.
Key responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Partner closely with the business to prioritise sourcing efforts aligned to workforce plans
- Partner with the Marketing Manager as they increase the size and breadth of the S&M function
- Short list and interview candidates for vacancies within the organisation.
- Develop and execute targeted candidate engagement strategies and engage with candidates in a meaningful way
- Provide market intelligence & insights to deepen and enable Talent Acquisition expertise across the business
- Use data & insights to strengthen employer brand and reach in the market
- Contribute to the development of innovative engagement strategies and processes
