Seeking an immediately available white collar construction recruiter for a three-month temporary contract
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced white collar construction recruiter to commence immediately in a role based in Perth CBD.
Working within a recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of white collar opportunities.
This will include supporting the sourcing strategies, prescreening, interviewing, scheduling hiring manager interviews, feedback, referencing and compliance.
This position is to commence immediately and will currently be offered on the basis of a three-month temporary contract.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced internal or external recruiter with experience of recruiting an array of white collar opportunities from within the construction sector. Working holiday visa applicants will be considered with suitable backgrounds. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to manage high-volume portfolios and that you are highly organised in the approach to your work. Applicant engagement and management is at the forefront of the service delivery within this organisation.
