Shared Service HR Officer required for three-month temporary contract

Our client is a major player within the mining sector and an opportunity exists to join their human resources shared service team on a temporary basis for three months.

You will work within the shared service team, taking responsibility for:

• Collating, auditing and processing new employee details
• Supporting the calculation of first payments
• Amending and coordinating employee changes within the system
• Preparation and dissemination of employment changes and contracts of employment
• Ensuring processes and procedures are followed for approvals
• Liaison with payroll, recruitment and human resources where required

To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced HR Officer with prior experience of working within a shared service environment and possess prior working knowledge of success factors. You will possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to pick up systems, processes and procedures quickly and efficiently, and an eye to pick up anomalies and raise them accordingly.

This position will be offered on the basis of a three-month fixed-term contract in the first instance with a required immediate commencement.
