Your new role
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Enable and contribute the alignment of people strategy with the business strategy and KPIs with division goals.
- Support the business to maintain the organisation's strategic business principles in the deployment of all HR activities.
- Lead a team of People practitioners.
- Provide support, advice, and coaching to managers and stakeholders to ensure they are equipped to handle all people matters
- Facilitate the delivery and application of the company's people frameworks and initiatives into the business.
