With a relatively new Chief People Officer, the People & Development function is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. The team is building greater sophistication in its HR structures and capabilities, and this role sits within the growing People Compliance Team a specialist area focused on people risk, HR policy, people compliance, and employee relations.
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work 4-5 days a week.
