Your New Role
As the People & Culture Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring a seamless experience for staff.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries via the shared inbox
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system - Chris21

About You
You're a proactive and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a transactional, high-volume setting. You bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR support
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience using Chris21 is highly desirable.
