Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the People & Culture Manager will lead the people function across the organisation and provide strategic and operational leadership across human resources, employee relations, recruitment, work health and safety, performance management and organisational culture. The role also includes leadership responsibility for a People Advisor and forms part of the Executive Leadership Team and attends Board meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist capability across employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment and leadership support. You will be confident working in a complex, highly compliant environment and comfortable providing advice to senior leaders on both strategic and operational matters.
