Your new role
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Generalist P&C Support: Provide advice and guidance to Site Operations teams across various P&C areas, addressing generalist enquiries.

Front Line Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, leveraging relevant experience in these processes.

Reward and Recognition: Support and manage activities related to employee reward and recognition programs.

High Volume Mobilisation: Handle high volume mobilisation tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
What you will need

Relevant experience in HR support, particularly in recruitment and onboarding.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Relevant industry experience (preferred)
