HR Partners is pleased to be working exclusively with a growing and national professional services organisation, currently in search of a seasoned People & Culture Coordinator to join their team in the heart of Sydney CBD.

You will be joining a collaborative People team and reporting into an engaging and insightful People Leader. You will enjoy the variety this role offers with exposure to a wide range of P&C activities, including acting as the first point of contact for policy & procedure advice, supporting the TA team with recruitment initiatives, HRIS management and supporting the broader P&C team with engagement and people projects.

This is a true generalist role where you will play a key player in supporting senior leaders with driving employee engagement and business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to grow their career with a national and best practice organisation.

Main responsibilities;

  • Coordinate and support P&C operations, systems, projects and people initiatives
  • Help deliver continuous improvement alongside an exceptional employee experience
  • Supporting the broader P&C team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to the business
  • Role modeling business values and acting as a positive P&C ambassador

To be successful in this role, you will have 2 + years of experience in a People & Culture role within a fast paced environment. You will be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative function. Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline is highly desirable.
