Your new role
This GBE is seeking a dedicated People & Culture Business Partner to join their team. This role involves delivering operational and tactical HR advice and services and works closely with management teams to implement effective people management practices. The successful candidate will provide proactive advice on recruitment, employee relations, and development, supporting business performance improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
This role involves supporting the recruitment process, ensuring HR deliverables are met, and managing performance management, counselling, dispute resolution, and change management. You will advise and influence on people management issues to achieve business objectives, and coach and support management on personnel practices, policy, and employment laws.
Additionally, you will facilitate the implementation of people management programs and initiatives, generate HR reports, and participate in policy development and review. This position requires a proactive approach to HR challenges and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
