Their Canberra office, located in the heart of the city, is seeking a People & Development Adviser to join their national People & Development team.Your new role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with both local and interstate colleagues, you will be the key HR contact for the Canberra office of approximately 80 staff. This is a dynamic and hands-on generalist role that offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Your responsibilities will include:- Partnering with the Recruitment Coordinator on end-to-end recruitment, including strategic sourcing and interviewing
- Preparing business cases to support recruitment decisions
- Leading the annual graduate and early-career recruitment campaigns
- Supporting performance and remuneration review processes
- Providing commercially astute HR advice to managers and staff
- Contributing to national HR initiatives and projects
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a proactive and adaptable HR professional with a passion for people and a desire to grow your career in a supportive, high-performing environment. You may be an early-career HR practitioner ready to step up, or someone with broader professional experience looking to transition into HR.
