Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. Our vision is for positive, respectful, safe and fulfilling relationships for all Australians. For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

As a generalist, you will bring your hands on experience to all aspects of end-to-end People & Culture operations, from recruitment, performance, ER/IR advice, culture and engagement, OHS and workcover. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you’ll play a pivotal role as an employee and manager point of contact in fostering a positive and supportive workplace. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting strategic and operational projects to innovate, streamline processes and implement practical HR tools that make a difference to our workforce.
