Your new role
It is a 6-month contract with an immediate start. Reporting to the General Manager P&C - Qld, this pivotal role will lead the People & Culture agenda across the state, ensuring compliance with HR policies while delivering innovative solutions in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. You'll be instrumental in building a safe, service-orientated, and harmonious workplace aligned with the company values and leadership principles.
