Your new company

This NFP organisation is centrally based in Woolloomooloo. Seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join a remote team of 7, there is lots of opportunity to learn and develop your HR skills in a collaborative and friendly work environment.

Your new role

This position reports directly into the HRBP of NSW and ACT. The position is admin heavy and may require some adhoc national travel.
Additional requirements include:

    1. Administer all recruitment activity and coordinate the selection and appointment process including organisational induction.
    2. Prepare offers of employment, letters of variations and other employee paperwork for approval and acceptance.
    3. Maintain employee records and HR systems and databases.
    4. Schedule and coordinate HR activities including performance planning and reviews and associated communications.
    5. Administer and coordinate HR programs such as leadership e-learning, recognition and reward, and wellness

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this position, you must have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar. This role is perfect for someone who is in the first 1-2 years of their HR career. Reporting directly into the HRBP you will have to opportunity to grow and learn, with lots of HR projects going on internally. The best fit candidate will have a positive attitude and be willing and eager to get involved.
