An immediately available HR Coordinator is required for a part-time temporary contract based NOR.
Our client is a privately owned, heavy-industry manufacturing organisation based North of the River.
They are seeking the expertise of a generalist HR Coordinator for 25 hours per week to join their office based team.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for supporting:- End to end recruitment
- Raising and amending contracts of employment
- Onboarding and inductions
- Review, design and development of HR policies, processes and procedures
- Coordination of probation and performance reviews
This role will suit an individual with previous HR Coordinator skills and a prior working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia, coupled with experience of Employment Hero. A prior background of supporting payroll would be preferred but is not essential.
The role will be offered on the basis of a 25-hour week, with working hours of 7.30-3.30 office-based. Flexibility is offered for the days worked, but consistency is required.
