Qualified and experienced small company HR Advisor role to be offered as a 0.8
Our client is a West Australian-owned organisation that is rapidly growing both organically and via acquisition.
Reporting to the CFO, the organisation has now reached a size where they want to invest in a part-time 0.8 HR practitioner to join the team to ensure best practice, internal governance and legislative adherence.
You would be responsible in a generalist capacity for the entire HR function and payroll support with duties including:
To be successful in your application, you will be a tertiary-qualified HR practitioner who is well versed in the end-to-end employee lifecycle and payroll. It is essential that you have current working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards due to the standalone nature of the role. Based North of the River, this role will offer one day working from home. Prior experience of working in a small but growing business would be preferable.
