About the Role

Reporting into the Group Head of Talent & Culture (OD), you will be responsible for designing and implementing contemporary learning and capability solutions:

- Supporting quality, access and efficiency of e-learning solutions, working with subject matter experts to design and support the design of new courses
- Managing external training vendor relationships and programs as needed
- Evaluating learning and capability programs to ensure relevance and quality
- Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to adapt existing solutions for new markets
- Supporting the design and implementation of other key Talent & Culture initiatives as needed (e.g. employee engagement, leadership solutions)

You will lead a brand new onboarding program and ongoing new employee support

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Demonstrated experience in creating exceptional capability development solutions to meet compliance, technical, personal business capabilities
  • 5+ years of learning and development program design and content sourcing in different formats (digital/e-learning and face to face)
  • Articulate 360 experience essential
  • Workday Learning experience advantageous
  • Strong project management, program evaluation and budget management
  • High level influencing and negotiation skills with a strong ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid understanding of current contemporary learning and development methods; ability to design and deliver capability solutions that are future proof
  • Energetic, positive, can-do approach
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Confidence in presenting to others and working independently with colleagues at all levels
  • Initiative and proactive approach
